  • How long does shipping take?

    This brand is based in the United States, so when your order for an in-stock item is placed you will receive a USPS tracking number for your order within the next hour or so. If your order is placed before 2PM CST, it will be shipped that same day, and you should receive it within 3-7 days. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next available shipping date (all days except Sunday & national holidays).

  • How long does a backordered product take to arrive?

    We source all our products domestically and manufacture them in partnership with local small businesses. As such, certain delays and fluctuations in back order fulfillment time can arise. We ask that you allow us one week to complete your backordered product, and then the standard 3-7 day shipping.

  • How do I know I'll receive my product?

    We aim to build a reputable brand with great reviews so our customers feel confident in purchasing their items. However, in the event that something goes wrong (VERY unlikely), you may feel free to open a dispute through your payment gateway in order to get your money back.

  • What size should I order?

    For layering and for the oversized fits that are seen on the models we recommend that you order a size up. Additionally, the sizes are in men's sizes so for women each size is naturally one size bigger than what you normally wear in women's sizes.

  • How do I wash the sweatshirt and clean it?

    We recommend removing the bear from the product and washing the sweatshirt delicately. If the bear gets dirty, feel free to remove the bear and wash it on the delicate option with or without other articles and tumble dry.

  • What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

    If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or there was an order mixup, feel free to contact our dedicated support email team@hapi.clothing. We are constantly monitoring that email and have our notifications on. We will gladly accept returns for faulty fulfillment or product damage if the product is in new and unused condition, as well as cover the return shipping label.

  • What is Hapi’s return policy?

    Items must be returned in 30 days in manufactured condition, as well as pre approved by contacting support through support@hapi.clothing.

  • Why is my shipment delayed?

    On our end, It won’t be unless our warehouse literally burns down. We are that dedicated to getting your product out on time. On the other hand, Corona virus and tamperings with USPS have caused unexpected delays.
